Thank you for completing this form - we recommend doing so for every project where possible.

Each time the form is submitted, a Trello card is generated (you can see the board here) and someone from comms will be assigned to the project and get in touch with you to follow up.

The questions on this form should also help ensure you've considered every aspect of what's required for the project.

Comms request form

What do you want your audience to do as a result of interacting with your product? Could this be repurposed for a different audience? Eg if this is a resource for a corporate partner, could it be adapted for general use?

Have a look at our Vision 2025 document if you're not sure! https://www.carersuk.org/about-us/who-we-are/our-vision-2025

Who is your primary audience? What do you know about them? What accessibility needs might they have?

Eg email campaign, print, in/with Caring magazine, social media campaign, through volunteers, on our website?

Eg is this a standalone web page, PDF document, or social media campaign? Or are there multiple items and strands to this project? Will you need a case study? What accessibility considerations may there be?

Eg are you submitting a completed report as a word doc and need comms to get it professionally designed, or will this be a project involving further development?

Eg "budget is £1500, account code is 123456, cost code is UK, department code is FUN"

Please include whether the deadline is firm or flexible, internal or external, and whether there are interim internal deadlines we should be aware of. If deadline is not confirmed, please indicate this.

Please provide names of staff who will be working on this project, and specify who will be signing the project off (eg line manager, director, more than one approver?)
