Join #TeamCarers for Edinburgh Half Marathon and be part of Scotland's biggest running festival!

Now a major event in the Scottish sporting calendar, this hugely popular race has sold out every year since 2012!

This fast course starts on Potterrow and takes you through the city centre past many of the iconic landmarks of Edinburgh.

You will cross over the Royal Mile, see St Giles Cathedral, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street Gardens, and run past the Scottish Parliament building. Take in the spectacular Arthurs Seat and Salisbury Crags, as well as the Palace of Holyrood. Before departing the Royal Park, the route heads east towards the coast where you can enjoy the sea air of Portobello promenade.

As you reach Musselburgh, you will head towards the village of Prestonpans before turning and making your way back to the finish line within the playing fields of Pinkie School.

Being one of the largest half marathons in the UK, this race promises an extraordinary atmosphere and a running experience you will not forget. Don’t miss out!
