About the Hackney Half Marathon

Hackney Half Marathon is the largest half-marathon in London, attracting over 20,000 runners every year. The 2025 event will take place on Sunday, 18 May 2025, and once again, general entries sold out in record time. 

Why Run Hackney Half Marathon?

This closed-road race offers a flat, fast course, perfect for runners of all abilities. The race begins and ends in Hackney Marshes, taking you through the heart of Hackney’s vibrant streets and iconic landmarks. The scenic route includes:
