It's easy to feel isolated when you're caring. Held on Zoom, our online Care for a Cuppa chats offer a space to meet other carers, share experiences and find mutual support. We hold weekly sessions, mostly on Monday afternoons, and a monthly evening session if you can't attend during the daytime. You can find all our upcoming session dates and times below.

 

December Care for a Cuppa dates

Monday 1 December, 11am-12pm - Book here

Care for a Cuppa celebration - Monday 8 December, 3-4:30pm 

This extended session will be the 1,000th online meetup run by Carers UK since we started these sessions in April 2020. To mark this special milestone we will be celebrating with songs, poems and reflections from carers and former carers on these sessions, as well as having our usual supportive chat. Book here 

Festive Care for a Cuppa – Monday 15 December at 3-4:30pm 

Join us at our festive Care for a Cuppa where we'll be listening to and singing along to some favourite festive songs and carols! Remember to bring a holiday drink and wear your holiday hats, jumpers, and decorations! Evening Care for a Cuppa – Thursday 18 December, 7:30-8:30pm

How to sign up

If you would like to join, please register by clicking the "Book here" option of the session you wish to attend, and you’ll be sent a confirmation email with details on how to join the chat and a Zoom "join meeting" link. The confirmation email is sent one week prior to each session, and you will also receive an email reminder in the morning of the session. Please also check your spam folder. If you have registered during the weekend or during out of office hours, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as possible. You will need to register for each Care for a Cuppa individually.
