Fundraise with your family and friends
Whether it’s a quiz night at your local pub, a cake sale in your community or a summer fun day, there are lots of ways that you can have fun with friends while raising vital funds for Carers UK.
Our favourite ideas
- Movie night: if you’re a film fan, then why not hold a cinema night at your house? Get the popcorn and snacks ready and ask for donations from your friends!
- Dinner party: do you love cooking? Hold a brunch, lunch or dinner party for your family and friends. Ask them to make a donation for the meal.
- In celebration: whether you're getting married, celebrating a birthday, anniversary or retirement you could ask for donations to be made to Carers UK.
- In tribute: a lovely way to remember a loved one, pet or place that has special memories for you by asking for donations to your favourite charity.

Bobbi’s Sweet Sixteen Ball
To celebrate the life of their daughter Bobbi, the Fazackerley family hosted a Birthday Ball on Bobbi’s 16th Birthday, selling tickets and hosting a charity auction with some incredible prizes. We were so honoured to be supported through their special night and they raised an amazing £3007 for Carers UK.
